Delete in a Guild app

In an available Guild app, sign in and open Account Settings. Select Delete account and confirm. Guild will send the authenticated request to its account-deletion service.

Request deletion without the app

Email Guild from the address associated with your account. Use the subject “Guild account deletion request” and include your full name. Guild may ask you to verify control of the account before processing the request.

What is deleted

• Your authentication account and Guild member profile.
• Your posts, bookmarks, notifications, activity responses, preferences, linked interaction records, and member storage folders.
• Other personal data associated with the account, subject to the limited retention described below.

Limited retention

Some records may remain if they are no longer linked to an account, another person’s record depends on them, or a limited security or deletion-audit record is needed to protect the service and document the request. Guild does not keep a usable account after deletion.
